The financial planners at Richard P. Slaughter Associates want to spend their time helping their clients’ investments grow. But until Live Oak 360 helped automate several of their key services, they were spending a lot of time shuffling paper and heading to the mailbox.

The Solution
The answer was to go digital and interactive. Live Oak 360 created an interactive Web site for Slaughter that provides automated, customized information to clients, in time and on demand.

A key feature of the Web site is “My Reports,” a section that lets clients retrieve customized account-activity information on demand. Access is password-protected.

Live Oak also created a system to let Slaughter associates easily publish and update articles, newsletters and market commentary right on the site.
