Measure

Live Oak collects performance and site metrics for analysis and reporting. Some of these metrics are useful for performance tuning. Others are valuable for marketing and customer analysis. For example, we collect metrics about site usage, metrics where the users are coming from, how often they visit and how long they stay. Demographic information gathered through registration is also collected. The metrics help ensure that your original project goals have been met or exceeded and the solution is providing solid ROI for your business.
